Weller HDP-1900™ is a unique cross-linked, modified, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene which is highly resistant to a broad spectrum of chemicals and abrasives. Weller HDP-1900™ low-coefficient of friction and resistance to environmental stress cracking are a result of its high molecular weight. Being an 1/8th the weight of steel makes Weller HDP-1900™ an excellent material for chemical, abrasion, corrosion, and moisture resistance while promoting flow, acoustical impedance, and time and labor savings.
Weller HDP-1200™ is a blend of virgin grade and premium reprocessed ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It is individually pressed into a fine-grained sheet that's durable and offers excellent corrosion resistance. It's lightweight, about 1/8th the weight of steel, making it easy to work with using standard wood cutting tools. Weller HDP-1200™ has an impact strength that exceeds most polymers. The coefficient of friction is among the lowest of any polymer on the market today.
Weller HDP-1000™ is a virgin grade ultra-high molecular weight industrial polymer. It's lightweight, about 1/8th the weight of steel, making it easy to work with using standard wood cutting tools. Weller HDP-1000™ has FDA and USDA approval. It can be fabricated into components by utilizing Weller's exclusive welding process. It offers excellent corrosion resistance and a very low coefficient of friction.
